You'll ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems for commercial properties. Your core impact will be maintaining tenant comfort and safety through timely repairs and preventive maintenance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs and maintenance
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment for comfort
• Conduct preventive maintenance per OEM standards
• Respond to emergency situations and tenant concerns

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in commercial property mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems
• Universal CFC certification
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, Word

✨ Nice to Have

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License
• City licenses such as Refrigeration Certificate of Fitness
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems
