Description
You will deliver personalized in-home fitness training, designing custom workout programs and using the Svetness app to track client progress. Your role is to empower clients to reach their fitness goals in a flexible, supportive environment.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal trainer certification
- CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living
- Reliable transportation and own basic training equipment
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes
- Customize workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Utilize Svetness Fitness App for session notes and programming
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes
