You'll be the primary provider of direct services to guests at PromoWest PA, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Your role is critical in creating memorable moments for concertgoers. You'll work at a premier live entertainment venue as part of AEG Worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet guests and resolve complaints, escalating as necessary.
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event access.
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption for safety.
• Assist ADA patrons and enforce venue policies.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
