Description

As a Lead Software Engineer on the New Products team, you will set technical direction, own architecture for major initiatives, and drive delivery of high-impact systems. You'll mentor engineers, partner with product and design leaders, and champion AI-first workflows to shape Klaviyo's most ambitious innovations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep experience designing and delivering complex end-to-end solutions
• Proven ability to lead large projects with accountability for outcomes
• Expertise in code reviews, testing strategies, and production readiness
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and workflows

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy and architecture for major product initiatives
• Lead design and delivery of complex end-to-end systems across frontend and backend
• Drive critical technology decisions balancing long-term vision with near-term execution
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and raise team-wide standards
• Partner with Product and Design to shape product direction and feasibility
