💼 About This Role

You'll manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets. You'll oversee vehicle movement, quality control, and associate development. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and offers opportunities for career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Oversee day-to-day activities and coach assigned team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of inventory
• Train team on Quality Control standards for efficient repairs

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Experience using computers and understanding of reconditioning processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Demonstrated functional expertise in Carvana's reconditioning process
• Understanding of lean principles
• Prior frontline supervisory experience
