You'll set the measurement strategy for content, social, and creator experiences, partnering with product and engineering. This high-impact role shapes how we grow interconnected community and engagement on the fastest growing AI music platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build frameworks for user discovery and engagement with content
• Design experiments to improve content and social experiences
• Develop understanding of creator success to drive incentives
• Surface insights connecting content, social, and creator dynamics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data science roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
• Experience designing and running experiments
• Strategic thinking about content ecosystems and platform health
