💼 About This Role

You'll join Fresha's Southern Europe team in Madrid, building strong relationships with salon clients and driving usage of the Fresha platform. You'll help salons optimize their profiles and adopt FreshaPay to maximize revenue. This role offers a hyper-growth startup environment and OTE of €36k-€45k.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of salon clients and provide tailored consultation
• Introduce and onboard clients to FreshaPay
• Optimize salon profiles and drive feature usage
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an Account Manager
• Experience using and analyzing data and reports to improve performance
• Excellent communication skills in Greek for client presentations
• Previous experience in an outbound call or sales environment

• Fluency in English, Greek, and Spanish
• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry
