💼 About This Role

You'll support a growing development team by building financial models and conducting market research for a $1.5B+ industrial pipeline across Texas and Oklahoma. You'll work directly with principals in a coaching-oriented environment to learn real estate development from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and pro formas.
• Coordinate due diligence for land acquisitions and financing.
• Conduct market analysis and maintain lease/sales comps databases.
• Track project milestones across entitlement, permitting, and construction.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate development or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and pro forma experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of real estate investment fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a development, REIT, or private equity real estate platform.
• Familiarity with Texas real estate markets.
• Master's degree in Real Estate or MBA.
