💼 About This Role

You'll design and operate multi-cloud foundations for Spotify's internal developer platform and Backstage, building the infrastructure that powers R&D and AI agents. You'll own components end-to-end with a strong bar for reliability and security, while collaborating with experienced engineers. This role offers the unique reliability challenges of agentic production systems at real-world scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and operate multi-cloud foundations across GCP and AWS
• Own platform components end-to-end with reliability and security
• Improve developer tooling and platform self-service capabilities
• Drive operational excellence through incident management and automation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience
• Deep experience with GCP/AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Proficient in a modern programming language
• Strong experience with CI/CD and developer platforms
