As a new graduate nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will provide one-on-one patient care in a home setting, with flexible scheduling and comprehensive paid training. You'll be supported by clinical managers and a nurse residency program accredited by the ANCC, allowing you to grow your skills and explore diverse patient populations.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license (new graduate)
• Completion of BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program
• Commitment to quality care and patient safety
• Willingness to work flexible schedules
• Ability to commute to patient homes in Hickory area

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home health setting
• Utilize electronic charting with Cubhub
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Collaborate with clinical managers for skill development
• Care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
