Description

You will serve as the primary technical owner for implementing and optimizing Harness AppSec solutions for enterprise and federal customers. You'll develop strategic success plans, analyze usage data, and advocate for customers internally to ensure they maximize value from the platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or security engineering
• 5+ years experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, or DevOps tools
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or AppSec
• Strong technical advisory and customer relationship skills
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical owner for customer implementations and adoption programs
• Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout customer lifecycle
• Develop strategic account success plans and align with customer leadership
• Analyze usage data to surface trends and optimization opportunities
• Conduct regular business reviews and identify at-risk accounts
