🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of VIP clients
• Monitor user activity and implement retention strategies
• Provide personalized support based on customer behavior
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via email, chat, and phone

📋 Requirements

• VIP account management or customer success experience
• iGaming/gambling industry experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Evening shift availability (18:00–02:00 Kyiv time)
