💼 About This Role

You'll lead the quality function for Redwood Materials' EPC team, ensuring construction meets design specs and codes. You'll drive quality from design through turnover, reducing rework. This role offers the chance to shape EV battery recycling infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the project QA/QC function and inspectors.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications for constructability.
• Develop and coordinate Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Perform daily site walks to identify non-conformances.
• Audit contractor and self-perform quality turnover documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 8-10 years of construction quality control/assurance experience.
• CWI certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3 and AWS D1.1.

✨ Nice to Have

• 10+ years of industrial or heavy commercial QA/QC experience.
• Level II NDT certifications (MT, PT, UT).
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and CXAlloy.
