You'll own complex technical challenges and set the technical direction for a high-growth cybersecurity startup backed by NVIDIA and OpenAI. You'll mentor engineers, break logjams, and partner with product and design to shape the platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction and rally others around shared goals.
• Own multiple projects end-to-end, of any size or scope.
• Mentor and sponsor engineers to accelerate their growth.
• Break logjams and frame trade-offs to guide decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building customer-facing software with technical leadership.
• Strong development experience with Java, C#, TypeScript, or Go.
• Deep expertise in SQL databases, schema design, and performance optimization.
• Experience deploying software in distributed environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Spring Boot and React/Redux.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
