🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic life sciences client relationships.
• Lead large, complex consulting engagements ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Shape and evolve the automation and AI operational transformation offering.
• Develop and mentor team members in operations transformation competency.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of consulting or combined consulting/industry experience.
• Proven track record of originating new business and cultivating C-suite relationships.
• Deep understanding of clinical development operating model and technology landscape.
• Hands-on leadership of end-to-end operational transformation delivery.

• MBA degree.
