💼 About This Role

You'll lead production efforts for a Commercial Real Estate portfolio at a top community bank. Your work directly supports delivering high-quality lending solutions while fostering long-term partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct origination, underwriting, and management of CRE loans.
• Lead and support production activities of other originators.
• Develop relationships with developers, housing authorities, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Residential Construction or Home Builder Finance lending.
• 6+ years of supervisory or management experience leading a project, process, or team.

• Deep understanding of residential, multifamily, and CRE construction loans.
• Familiarity with engineering reports, inspections, budgets, appraisals, and title policies.
• Advanced analytical abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
