💼 About This Role

You'll join the 'In-Store' team focusing on building and improving integrations with POS partners and systems. You'll ensure customer orders flow successfully through Olo's ecosystem by driving critical SLAs, uptime, and performance of external integrations. This role offers support from a highly experienced team of 8 engineers and a dedicated Engineering Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and architecture of complex systems within the In-Store domain
• Own delivery of large-scale features across multiple teams
• Mentor junior and senior engineers to grow technical expertise
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders on requirements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• Advanced proficiency in .Net and C# ecosystem
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Proficient in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes/EKS) and DevOps (CI/CD tools)
