🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend transition to litigation meetings with clients and case managers.
• Draft and e-file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Provide client updates every six weeks and manage case tasks.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Active litigation stage experience required; pre-litigation not considered.
• Strong knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules.
• Ability to work Mountain Time business hours (Mon–Thu 8-5, Fri 8-4).
