You'll partner with product and software engineers at Esri to ensure ArcGIS Hub meets release readiness standards. You'll perform risk-based testing and communicate quality status to support informed release decisions. This role offers the chance to work on GIS technology that impacts global challenges.

  • Translate acceptance criteria into manual and automated test coverage
  • Perform risk-based testing including accessibility and security validation
  • Conduct exploratory testing across key user workflows
  • Triage defect reports and collaborate with development team
  • Communicate quality status via dashboards and written summaries

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of QA experience testing modern web applications
  • Experience with web UI test automation tooling such as Playwright
  • Experience testing REST APIs and validating integrations
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript to read automated test cases

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale products
  • Experience working closely with product to assess release impact
  • Familiarity with interpreting automated test results
