💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end design process for AI-powered products across multiple client projects, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to accelerate delivery. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to shape how products look, feel, and behave from discovery through delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems with reusable components in Figma.
• Use AI design tools (Figma AI, Figma Make) to rapidly iterate on prototypes.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure design fidelity during development.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with shipped web/mobile products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variables, Dev Mode).
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered design tools like Figma AI or Figma Make.
• Proven ability to design for AI-powered products such as chatbots or intelligent automation UIs.

• Experience with FigJam for collaborative workshops.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React).
• Experience designing for SaaS, EdTech, or FinTech products.
