💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Billing Platform team at Crusoe Cloud, building and operating core billing infrastructure for usage metering, pricing, invoicing, and payments. You'll drive reliability and customer trust through high uptime, accuracy, and observability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of billing, payments, and usage metering systems
• Ensure system uptime, accuracy, and data integrity with strong observability
• Partner with product and design to improve billing clarity and usability
• Manage cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and finance
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers to build a high-performing team

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing engineering teams
• Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
