💼 About This Role

You'll lead the engineering organization building and operating web-based SaaS products, setting technical direction and ensuring scalable, reliable software delivery. You'll partner with Product and other leaders to align roadmaps and drive measurable outcomes. This role requires relocation or regular travel to Moscow, Idaho and offers the chance to scale a high-performing engineering culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Engineering Directors and Managers through coaching and career frameworks.
• Drive measurable end-to-end software delivery velocity and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product to define shared goals, priorities, and accountability for outcomes.
• Advance SDLC automation including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and progressive delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years building web-based B2B SaaS products.
• 5+ years leading multi-team engineering orgs (managers of managers).
• Experience building for enterprise customers including SSO, RBAC/ABAC, and compliance.
• Cloud-native delivery experience (AWS) with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.

• Experience integrating with HCM/HRIS platforms using SCIM, SSO, and webhooks.
• Experience driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience scaling teams with full-time and contract engineers.
