Description

Join Pearce Services as an HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain cooling systems, respond to service calls, and complete daily reports in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and email communication skills
• Must reside in Lafayette, IN and be available for after-hours and weekend call outs

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace HVAC components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports timely and accurately
