You'll serve as the primary bridge between Salesforce business users and the technical team, focusing on Service Cloud usability and growth. Your mission is to ensure platform stability through continuous improvements while leading high-impact automation projects that drive operational efficiency. You'll balance quick fixes with long-term scalability.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions and user interviews to identify pain points
  • Translate complex business needs into user stories and functional requirements
  • Define acceptance criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Manage project backlog, providing status updates to stakeholders

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years Salesforce Service Cloud experience
  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis on business processes
  • Strong skills in writing user stories (Jira, Aha!) and process maps
  • Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
