🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and test core money movement or risk platform services
• Mentor engineers on complex technical problems at scale
• Help scale Ruby/Rails and Javascript/React applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and launch solutions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience building scalable money movement platforms
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development
• Experience owning multi-quarter projects with measurable user impact

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Interest in a collaborative, test-driven environment
• Ability to communicate across engineering and business teams
