💼 About This Role

You'll instruct and develop curriculum for space operations courses at the National Security Space Institute. Your work directly supports USSF warfighter readiness through postgraduate-level adult education. You'll shape the next generation of space professionals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver classroom instruction on space operations topics
• Develop lesson plans and materials under ISD guidelines
• Interface with agencies to maintain up-to-date curriculum
• Support online, blended, in-resident, and mobile courses

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in relevant field or 8 years experience
• Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Knowledge of DoD, commercial, and civil space operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent
• Experience with DoD training/education and ISD model
• Familiarity with USSF organizations and Guardian development
