You'll own the fintech strategy and partnerships at Benepass, defining build vs. partner decisions for our financial infrastructure. You'll manage key partners like Stripe, Unit, or Marqeta to deliver differentiated product experiences. This high-visibility role shapes company direction at the intersection of fintech and benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own fintech stack strategy and build vs. partner decisions
• Manage relationships with key fintech partners
• Identify capability gaps and drive solutions
• Evaluate and onboard new partners

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Experience building fintech products (card issuance, payments, etc.)
• Deep understanding of money ecosystem (card issuance, processors, payment rails)
• Experience with BaaS partners (Stripe, Unit, Marqeta, etc.)
• Proven track record owning partnership relationships and technical implementations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with brokerage or trading infrastructure
• Project management in BaaS partner migration
• Relationships with sponsor banks
