You'll design and maintain cutting-edge AV systems for xAI's collaboration and event spaces. Your work will create immersive environments that inspire teams and leave a lasting impression on guests. This role offers the opportunity to work with a small, highly-motivated team focused on engineering excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee design, installation, and integration of AV systems like Crestron and Zoom Rooms.
• Perform hands-on setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipment.
• Plan and support events ranging from 300+ attendees to small team meetings.
• Develop and maintain documentation including system diagrams and troubleshooting guides.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in audio-visual technical roles with at least 2 years in a lead or senior position.
• Proficiency with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron) and video conferencing (Zoom, Teams).
• Experience with live event production including mixing boards and streaming.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

✨ Nice to Have

• CTS certification from AVIXA.
• Additional certifications like Crestron, Dante, or Biamp.
• Experience in corporate, educational, or event environments.
