You'll build internal tools and AI-powered automation that make Finary's engineering and cross-functional teams operate faster. You'll own the full lifecycle of tooling and agentic workflows, working directly with stakeholders to eliminate friction. This role offers high ownership and direct access to users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design, development, and maintenance of internal tools
• Build agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive processes
• Work directly with stakeholders to identify friction and build solutions
• Evaluate and integrate latest AI engineering tools

📋 Requirements

• Software engineer with experience in high-paced environments
• Shipped automated workflows and AI tools in production
• Built tools for internal users before
• Can navigate polyglot codebase (Rust, Ruby, PostgreSQL)
• Based in Europe, within 2 hours of Paris time zone, able to attend onsite weeks in Paris every 6 weeks
