As a Sales & Service Manager at ALO, you will lead the execution of the store's guest experience strategy, focusing on exceptional customer service, sales targets, and talent development. You'll oversee the sales floor, investigate sales opportunities, and partner with the General Manager to drive business results.

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with GM
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience through feedback and coaching
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with GM to build and execute Sales Service strategy
