You'll manage a territory, drive sales strategy, and build relationships with contractors to grow EquipmentShare's customer base. You'll focus on expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients through consultative selling and CRM tools. This role offers uncapped commission and a chance to transform the construction industry.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy
- Respond to inbound leads and use CRM systems
- Develop new business and expand existing accounts
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
๐ Requirements
- Outside sales experience with proven track record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- B2B sales experience preferred but not required
- Competitive and self-motivated in team environment
