💼 About This Role

You'll provide strategic and operational leadership for community-based adult and transition services supporting neurodivergent individuals. This role oversees program development, funding diversification, and employer partnerships to promote independence and community integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a long-term strategic vision for Employment Community Integration Services
• Oversee supported employment, transition programs, and community integration services
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with DOR, Regional Centers, and school districts
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor directors and multidisciplinary teams

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Public Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership in supported employment, disability services, or community integration
• Experience managing public funding contracts with DOR or Regional Centers
• Knowledge of Employment First/HCBS principles and neurodiversity-affirming practices
