You'll provide home health physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients, performing diagnostic tests and developing individualized care plans. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility and function
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate clients and family on rehabilitative care

📋 Requirements

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
• 1 year recent experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from an APTA or CAAHEP-accredited program
