💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end delivery of BI solutions across Tableau and Power BI, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and developers. You'll oversee planning, quality, and standards, while mentoring developers and performing hands-on work for complex dashboards. This consultative, client-facing role combines team leadership with deep technical expertise in life sciences commercial deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end BI delivery across Tableau and Power BI projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and specs.
• Review dashboards for accuracy, performance, usability, and standards.
• Mentor developers on Tableau, Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling.

📋 Requirements

• 9-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
• Strong hands-on expertise in both Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling in Power BI.
• Advanced Tableau skills including LOD expressions, parameters, actions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sigma.
• GenBI experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
