Description

You will serve as the first point of contact for patients in a primary care setting, managing check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and ensuring a positive in-office experience. This role supports multiple locations in the Englewood and Littleton, CO area.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in collaborative, diverse, feedback-driven teams
• Proven ability to persist through change and take action under pressure
• Proficiency in computer technology and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake, schedule, billing, and insurance verification
• Perform front-of-house duties including check-in/out and prepping tests
• Contribute to team development through huddles and problem-solving
• Master technology suite including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and EMR system 1Life
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain office spaces
