Description

You will present product capabilities to customers, capture and document requirements, configure the Netcracker product including BPMN flows and business logic, and support testing. You'll also mentor team members and own technical decisions in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT, Telecom, or related field
• 5+ years Telecom experience
• 3+ years as BA in OSS solutions
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Present product OOB capabilities and map customer requirements
• Deliver functional requirements and low-level designs for BSS/OSS modules
• Configure product via BPMN flows and business logic
• Support customer testing and validate configurations
• Mentor team members and make technical decisions
