🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead formulation development for high-concentration protein therapeutics
• Design strategies based on protein chemistry and colloidal stability
• Advance formulation platforms using thermodynamic and kinetic principles
• Mitigate risks like aggregation, precipitation, and viscosity

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years in biopharmaceutical formulation development
• Deep expertise in protein chemistry and physical biochemistry
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques (DLS, DSF, SEC, etc.)

• Experience with protein crystallization or advanced formulation systems
• Knowledge of lyophilization, spray drying, or solid-state processing
• Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) and high-throughput screening
