You'll spend 80% of your time embedded with client accounts, driving product strategy and execution over Zoom or on-site. You'll translate customer feedback into product requirements for scalable solutions that land with customers. Uniquely, you'll combine hands-on technical work with customer-facing strategic influence to shape our AI infrastructure roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers to identify use cases and drive long-term usage
• Define and propose tailored solutions using AI agents for high-quality demos
• Lead onboarding, fine-tuning workflows, and API integration
• Translate customer insights into structured product requirements

📋 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in products for software engineers
• Strong technical background in CS or equivalent
• Intimate familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, model inference, and agents
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to diverse audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in technical product management with customer interaction
• Interest in generative AI or developer tools
• Early startup or founding experience
