💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale large-scale data-intensive backend services and distributed data pipelines for a leading Sales Performance Management SaaS platform. You'll own the architecture and performance of high-throughput systems processing massive datasets. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge cloud-native tech in a fully remote global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build REST APIs and large-scale data processing pipelines
• Optimize backend services for high throughput and low latency
• Develop event-driven applications using Python, Typescript, Spark, and AWS
• Automate deployments with Terraform and Kubernetes workflows

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of backend or full-stack engineering with strong backend focus
• 7+ years of hands-on Python experience including large-scale data pipelines
• 3+ years working with Typescript / Node.js
• Advanced experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Spark, EMR, Glue, or Kafka
• Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Serverless Framework
