Description

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead a team of AV operators, managing hiring, onboarding, performance, and daily execution to ensure operational success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and meet company metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing teams of at least 10 direct reports
• Strong problem-solving and data review skills
• Understanding of US labor, employment, and driving laws
• Flexible schedule including nights, evenings, and weekends
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excitement about robotics

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring and onboarding for new operators, including interview process and training setup
• Lead and develop a team of ~20 operators through feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
• Oversee shift start/end activities: attendance, software burns, data importing, equipment prep
• Coordinate with planning team on operator training, weekly goals, and allocation strategy
• Respond to incidents, review performance deviations, and lead continuous improvement projects
