• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan targets
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through product promotion
• Manage shrink, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
