You'll review lending applications and financial data for a fintech that serves small businesses, using your judgment where automated decisions need context. Your work directly shapes portfolio growth while keeping bad debt within appetite. You'll have autonomy to question strategy and spot patterns the data team hasn't picked up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review lending applications and financial data for decisions
• Perform credit reviews on back book customers
• Help facilitate change in underwriting strategy and structure
• Interact with internal teams for credit decisions
• Facilitate Risk initiatives and pilots by reviewing credit data

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years' underwriting experience with at least 6 months' mandate
• Commercial lending experience is a must
• Strong analytical instinct to read financials and spot inconsistencies
• Demonstrate best practices in Responsible Lending
