🎯 What You'll Do

• Run shifts and ensure daily operations run smoothly
• Manage data-driven projects to enhance FC processes
• Fix issues swiftly with shift leads and lead shoppers
• Motivate and coach your team

📋 Requirements

• HBO (Bachelor's) degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
• 1-6 years relevant experience as a Team Lead
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets
