Description

You will deliver business outcomes and build the end-to-end implementations process for Remote Embedded partners, taking direct ownership of transformative partnerships fundamental to Remote's success. You'll co-develop long-term strategy while maintaining autonomy to steer product and service development.

Requirements

• Experience in project management/implementations/professional services in HRtech, fintech, or software/technology
• Proven track record managing long-term partner/customer relationships
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn complex issues, analyze root causes, and synthesize conclusions
• Superior verbal, written and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Directly support GM in building and growing Remote Embedded product
• Develop and manage partner implementation timelines and operational work streams
• Lead planning, tracking and completion of all project tasks during onboarding
• Coordinate internal resources across Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Customer Experience and Operations
• Own day-to-day partner relationship during implementation
