You'll drive store profitability and efficiency as part of the leadership team, overseeing inventory management, shipment processing, and sales floor recovery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Manage shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and supply management
• Champion visual standards on the sales floor and maintain stockroom standards
• Lead and develop Operations Associates through coaching and feedback

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making skills
• High energy and enthusiasm with ability to integrate fun and work
• Aligns with ALO's guiding principles
