💼 About This Role

You'll work at the intersection of aerospace manufacturing and pharmaceutical process engineering, enabling Varda's in-space drug formulation mission. You'll implement incremental improvements for every vehicle produced, scaling from bespoke builds to consistent concurrent production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical direction to improve build processes for vehicle cadence
• Collaborate to solve large-scale production challenges
• Refine floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow
• Develop standardized processes for vehicle integration

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering
• 1-4+ years of manufacturing experience
• Teamwork and problem-solving in collaborative environment
• Hands-on experience building complex vehicles

• Experience with aerospace vehicle systems
• Experience transitioning complex assemblies from development to production
• Experience with tooling design using 3D CAD software
