🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee inbound receiving, unloading, inspection, and putaway
• Manage daily workload planning and labor allocation
• Develop and enforce SOPs for inbound processes
• Train and develop supervisors and associates
• Monitor KPIs like dock-to-stock time and receiving accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing operations through WMS tools and reporting
• 3+ years in high-volume e-commerce or omni-channel fulfillment
• 3+ years leading teams in warehouse or fulfillment environment
• Ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions

• APICS (CPIM or CSCP) certification
