You'll own high-complexity onboarding projects for customers in the DACH region, coordinating ERP integrations and multiple stakeholder groups. Your core impact is ensuring smooth rollouts, rapid adoption, and successful go-lives. This role stands out with its focus on Travel, Expense, and Invoice Perk products and mentoring junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own high-complexity onboarding projects with ERP integrations
• Coordinate stakeholders including finance leaders and IT teams
• Design advanced setups and customizations for Travel & Spend
• Mentor junior implementation team members

📋 Requirements

• German working proficiency (must)
• 2+ years of customer-facing project management in implementations
• Solid technical or finance acumen
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with self-serve or custom integrations (SSO, HRIS, SCIM, ERP, CRM)
• Experience in consulting, finance, or customer onboarding
• Experience in Spend Management solution or ERP implementation
