You will lead customer expansion initiatives for auto repair shop owners using Shopmonkey's SaaS platform. Build relationships, drive adoption, mitigate churn, and collaborate cross-functionally in a hybrid role at the Morgan Hill, CA office.

Requirements

• Experience managing customers at various life cycle stages
• Experience supporting SaaS products
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
• Deep sense of empathy and customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Lead customer expansion initiatives to drive adoption and engagement with key value-add products and features
• Identify areas for up-selling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Proactively engage in churn mitigation efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Implementation teams
• Ensure customers renew subscriptions and maximize tools for efficiency and reporting
