You'll lead foundational teams within Trust and Safety at Databricks, building and scaling critical infrastructure for the world's best data and AI platform. Your core impact is defining strategy for large-scale distributed systems operating at cloud scale. This role offers the chance to drive cross-functional initiatives and embed secure solutions across the product.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering with significant leadership experience.
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems with high availability.
• Track record building and managing high-performing teams scaling through growth.
• Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
